Excellent location, great staff, comfy rooms and plenty of parking space. Food was good, reasonable variety and proper spanish cuisine. Multiple restaurants and reasonable prices.

Close to beach, local facilities and a lovely central area with swimming pools, golf and food/bars . Also a good coffee bar. Good choice of food . Especially liked the dining room outdoor patio . Staff worked hard and were very helpful. We will definitely come back

Facilities were exceptional. Breakfasts were plentiful, varied and very good. The room was cleaned every day as was the balcony. Air conditioning was a definite positive.

Lovely family friendly hotel, we travelled with a 5-month-old baby and were made to feel really welcome. Great pool facilities and location, close to the beach and convenient for restaurants/bars. Really good breakfast selection, and great variety at dinner too. We liked that there was a different theme for the food every night, as we stayed for 11 days this variety was important. Check in and check out were smooth.

We were Bed and Breakfast - good breakfast choices. Nice location. Decent Wifi. Room was a nice size. Interesting/good activities during the day - particular highlight was the drumming.

I loved the deluxe option and vip lounge. I loved the staff especially lolo from animación and Ben from public relations. I loved the food in the buffet, Italian and cactus bar just don't have the fish of the show cooking unless it's salmon or tuna cos the rest are cut small with alot of bones. I loved the services available. Sangria and paella demonstration was amazing and so funny.

5 min walk to Playa Dorada beach which is the nicest one in Playa Blanca area. There are some cafes and supermarkets around the hotel and everything is reachable on foot, however you need to have a car to explore the island. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, daily towel change and bed sheets were changed every 3 days. Although there weren’t many tourists yet, the hotel is organizing events in the evening and there were activities for kids. The restaurant Yaiza was ok, food was changed every day and there was a lot of choice of dishes. We liked the gym and would have liked to try the spa but it was closed due to covid restrictions. I definitely recommend staying at Lanzarote Princess!

Great location, close to the beach. A warm pool with a roof was a plus in April when it was still cold to swim in the open outside pools. Food was amazing and lots of healthy options, even freshly squeezed juices for breakfast! Food exceeded our expectations. Great evening shows.

Only there for one night at each end of a villa holiday but everything was efficient, the room was a good size, the staff were friendly and the food was good.
